  • Temporary Closure of Level Crossing
    The Station Road Level Crossing in Lowthorpe will be closed from 23:00 on 6th June to 05:30 7th June for the purpose of conducting an Annual Level Crossing Test. The alternative route for traffic affected by the road closure will be as shown in the map below.
  • Surface Dressing of Roads
    The EYRC are shortly to start their annual surface dressing programme for 2024. The work involves the application of hot bitumen onto an existing road followed by a layer of stone chippings that are rolled in.   • EYRC Parish Elections 2023
    Elections are to be held on 4th May 2023 to elect councillors for the Parishes located in the East Riding of Yorkshire that are tabled below. If you are interested in standing, then please note the instructions for applicants provided at the bottom of the table .
  • Temporary Road Closure
    The East Riding of Yorkshire Council intends not less than seven days from the 27/9/22 to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the entire length of Harpham Lane, Harpham and Harpham Lane, Kilham, commencing 17th October 2022 until 22nd October 2022, to allow for carriageway maintenance works.
